"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

Financial woes explained

There is NO WAY our current financial strife should EVER damage a republican election. It's true that perhaps they should have pushed harder, but the good guys were on the right side of this one. This video needs to be played over and over and over!!

Caught Red Handed (pun intended)

  1. It's amazing how everyone points fingers when Republicans mess up. But when a Democrat president fails to capture and kill a terrorist mastermind when he gets the chance and thereby ensures the most horrific attack on our nation, or a Democrat congress creates lending rules that cause an economic crisis of epic proportions, everyone tries to convince us that we shouldn't play the blame game but instead "work together in a bi-partisan fashion" (*gag*).

One of these days, I would like to see liberal Democrats and their faulty ideas exposed for what they are and forced to admit that THEY are all that is wrong with this government.

The question now becomes, should our government fix what they broke or let the markets work to fix themselves?! Everytime a big government policy fails, we seem to turn around and replace it with even bigger government. When is it going to end? Can this country survive its own government?

I'm afraid we are in for some tough years...
